Parts Advisor – Zenith Glasgow Workshop (Baillieston)

Zenith Vehicles is kicking off 2026 with an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy commercial workshop in Baillieston. About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will be an integral gear in our Glasgow workshop, ensuring our technicians have the right components at the right time. This is a fast-paced role that requires a balance of technical organization and relationship management. You will oversee the full lifecycle of parts—from monitoring stock levels and checking deliveries to processing warranty claims and ensuring orders are dispatched correctly. Your goal is to provide elite customer service, building rapport with both internal colleagues and external suppliers to keep our operations running at peak efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

Experience: Proven experience working specifically within a Commercial Vehicle Parts department.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers; while we provide full training on our internal systems, basic computer literacy is required.
Pace: The ability to work effectively and accurately in a high-volume, fast-moving workshop environment.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in checking deliveries against notes and ensuring all parts are accounted for.
Teamwork: A proactive “team player” attitude with a high level of self-motivation.
