A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Maidstone, Kent is looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis . This role is perfect for a dedicated teacher who wants to make a real difference in a supportive and friendly environment.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils
• Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback and settin
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Work closely with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about pupil progress
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and differentiate lessons for individual learners
• Commitment to collaboration, professional development, and a positive team approach
