Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Increasing sales by contacting potential clients via telephone and social media.

  • CRM Management: Managing the database, recording sales data, and logging customer interactions.

  • Administrative Support: Arranging appointments for the Sales Manager, managing schedules, and handling follow-ups.

  • Field Work: Attending trade shows and conducting site visits to clients.


Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Sales Support: 2 years (Required)

  • Direct Sales: 2 years (Required)

  • Tele Sales: 2 years (Required)

  • Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required)

Education & Skills

  • Education: GCSE or equivalent (Required)

  • Language: Fluent English (Required)

  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Legal

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
