About the Role
• We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Key Holder, providing exceptional service and ensuring the security of our store.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer experience by consistently meeting high standards of service
• Hold keys for the store and ensure the security of the store during opening and closing hours in the absence of senior management
• Manage the till system efficiently, maintaining accurate records and securing sensitive information
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Maintain stock levels by conducting regular pair checks, organizing the stockroom, and adhering to consistent standards
• Ensure the shop floor is tidy, replenished, and maintained at all times
• Support management by working towards individual and team sales targets, driving business growth
• Engage clients with Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting benefits and encouraging participation
• Assist in planning and preparing promotional activities, enhancing client engagement
• Embody our brand values by adhering to uniform standards and representing our company in a positive light
• Pursue ongoing training and development to become a confident brand ambassador
Requirements
