We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our new Notting Hill team. You will help customers select items, craft charm jewellery on-site, and contribute to the store’s creative energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in-store.

  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery and accessories to match their style.

  • Craft charm bracelets and necklaces (training available).

  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing store.

  • Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.

  • Multi-task effectively between customer service, restocking, and general upkeep.

  • Occasionally assist in creating social media content.

  • Respond to customer phone enquiries politely and efficiently.
