We are seeking to hire 2 x Part Time Development Sales Manager’s (Sales Advisor) to enter our superb Scotland-West territory. We are searching for candidates throughout Eastern Scotland for these positions. This post involves overseeing and directing the site sales operations and acting as the main Miller Homes representative for prospective and current buyers. Holding accountability for finalizing property sales and overseeing the buyer’s transition in alignment with corporate benchmarks, protocols, and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To oversee and regulate the site sales operation from initial stages through to finalization
• Interact with potential buyers and remain the lead contact during the entire purchasing experience
• Handle the needs and hopes of buyers during the property acquisition sequence
• Assume accountability for the site’s appearance and guarantee it conveys a potent sales vibe and peak benchmarks
REQUIREMENTS:
• Background in high-level Sales performance, preferably with a residential developer, though capable sales individuals from alternative sectors are welcome
• A well-groomed, public-oriented specialist with a history of managing buyers and delivering a superb grade of client care
• Skilled in resolving challenges and the capacity to examine/notify on matters that might impact the site
• Capable of quickly absorbing and evaluating scenarios and problems, providing fixes with optimal outcomes
