Join Our Team as a Part-Time Retail Assistant!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment? Our client, located just a 2-minute walk from Westminster train station, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their retail team. Hours mainly 11am–3pm, with flexibility for 10am–2pm, 11am–3pm, or 2pm–6pm shifts.
As a Retail Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, including key stakeholders and Members of Parliament. You will support daily commercial operations and ensure every visitor receives excellent service.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, maximising sales through effective selling and product knowledge, becoming familiar with department offerings, promoting the online shop, managing till operations and cashing up, and collaborating with managers and back-office staff to replenish stock and merchandise displays.
