Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Part-Time Remote Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to a diverse portfolio of creative entrepreneurs. This 100% remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK and will be instrumental in helping our clients manage their day-to-day tasks, allowing them to focus on their core creative work. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organise digital calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Handle email correspondence, filtering and responding as appropriate.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential collaborators.
• Assist with social media scheduling and content curation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports when applicable.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth client operations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for external inquiries, maintaining professional communication.
• Help with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Required Skills
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative.
• Familiarity with various online communication and collaboration tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting clients in creative industries (e.g., marketing, design, arts, media).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and content scheduling tools.
• Relevant certifications in administrative support or virtual assistance.
