Role Overview: Evening & Weekend Portfolio Coordinator

Organization: Independent Residential Lettings Specialist – Liverpool

Operational Schedule:

We are seeking a dedicated part-time contributor for a shift pattern comprising:

  • Monday through Friday: 17:00 – 22:00

  • Saturday: 09:00 – 15:00

  • Location: Liverpool-based office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Liaison: Act as the primary interface for residents, addressing all property-related inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Facilitate repairs by contacting and scheduling external contractors, logging service requests, and monitoring progress through to completion.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively manage property concerns to maintain peak levels of client and tenant satisfaction.

  • Administrative Accuracy: Ensure all data, communications, and job logs are meticulously recorded within the internal management system.

  • Autonomous Management: Execute duties independently during evening and weekend hours, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and problem-solving capability.
