Operational Schedule:
We are seeking a dedicated part-time contributor for a shift pattern comprising:

Monday through Friday: 17:00 – 22:00

Primary Responsibilities:

Tenant Liaison: Act as the primary interface for residents, addressing all property-related inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Maintenance Coordination: Facilitate repairs by contacting and scheduling external contractors, logging service requests, and monitoring progress through to completion.

Issue Resolution: Proactively manage property concerns to maintain peak levels of client and tenant satisfaction.
