Koru Kids connects experienced people with local families who need regular childcare support. You’ll work from the family’s home, helping with school pickups, preparing snacks, and using your life experience to help raise confident, happy kids.

Most roles are afternoons only, so your mornings, evenings and weekends stay yours.

What you’ll be doing:
• After-school pickups from local schools
• Helping with homework and preparing simple meals
• Playing in the park, garden activities, or indoor fun
• Sharing your skills – whether that’s baking, crafts, or just great conversation

• We handle all the admin: contracts, sick pay, holiday pay, and make sure you’re always paid on time
• Pay from £13.50 (inclusive of holiday pay)

• Ongoing support with CACHE courses and coaching when you need it
• Stay active and connected in your community

We have 4 pay tiers based on your experience, so you’re paid fairly.
