Summary of the Role
This is a high-responsibility role within a structured clinical environment. Unlike general ward nursing, this position requires a deep understanding of how medications interact with substance withdrawal and mental health conditions. Being an evening and weekend role, you will be a vital part of the “out-of-hours” clinical safety net for the residents.
Quick Tip: In an interview for a rehab setting, be prepared to discuss your approach to “Boundaries and Ethics.” Maintaining a professional distance while remaining empathetic is a core requirement when working with vulnerable clients in long-term recovery.
