Salary: c£36,000 FTE
Hours: Part-time Days Per Week

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Leeds based Charity, seeking an Interim HR Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.

Offering a flexible working pattern, this HR Advisor role will take the lead on policy updates and process improvement across the charity whilst reporting into the HR Director. As a HR Policy Advisor you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing, updating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with current employment legislation and best practice
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to embed updated policies into day-to-day practices and training materials
• Monitor changes in employment law and proactively recommend policy updates or process improvements
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure HR policies are aligned with business objectives and operational needs
• Ensure consistent application and understanding of HR policies across the organisation
• Support managers with policy interpretation and provide guidance on compliance-related queries

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have recent experience within a simialr role updating policies and stong knowledge on employment law with a background working in charities, education, non-for-profit, healthcare or public sector.
