Requirements and Skills

• Fulfilment experience is required.

• Applicants must use their own car for work and have a full UK driving licence with appropriate insurance.

• Experience with Shopify is a bonus but not required.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Interest in health & wellness, biohacking, or health trends is highly valued.

• Comfortable working independently in a warehouse environment.

Role Overview

As a Fulfilment Operative, you will be the final point of contact for the customer’s experience by accurately picking, packing, and fulfilling daily orders to high presentation standards. Your responsibilities include maintaining an organized inventory, managing stock levels, and performing general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Additionally, you will be responsible for transporting packages to the post office and managing moderate heavy lifting within the warehouse to ensure all shipments are dispatched on time.
