What You’ll Do
• Embrace a User-Centric Approach to generate realistic data reflecting actual needs you have or might encounter when using AI.
• Assess AI Outputs by reviewing and ranking responses generated by large language models.
• Engage in Multiple Projects based on your unique skills and experiences.

What We’re Looking For
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Competence in crafting complex prompts and evaluating nuanced AI reasoning.
• Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly to articulate decisions or critique responses.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Dedication to accuracy and the capability to assess technical elements of model outputs.

Preferred Qualifications
• Background in areas such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc.
• Prior experience in writing or editorial roles (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools.

Compensation & Work Logistics
• Hourly Rate: Up to $15/hour USD, depending on your experience.
• Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings available based on project outcomes.
• Contract Type: Freelance/1099 contract – not an internship.
• Location: Fully remote.

This position is freelance, compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that we do not offer internships as this role is freelance.
