You will serve as the approachable, dependable representative that patrons rely on, collaborating with our warehouse staff and assisting us in upholding our premier service benchmarks. Within this position, you will additionally manage product reversals and guarantee claims, solicit consumer insights, and ensure every patron experiences the superior care for which we are recognized.

Daily Responsibilities

• Executing product drops with precision, professionalism, and punctuality

• Maintaining the hygiene, organization, and upkeep of your assigned transport

• Following all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and facility protocols

• Providing operational support to the warehouse team when necessary

• Handing out promotional literature during your scheduled transit paths

• Finalizing all documentation for shipments, pickups, and product returns

• Conducting and recording mandatory weekly inspections of the vehicle

• Helping with auxiliary duties as required, including assisting Sales leads

• Strategizing the most effective pathways for transit

• Cultivating robust, beneficial connections with our clientele

• Interacting with both patrons and coworkers in an articulate, expert manner
