  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Record interactions accurately and follow up until resolution

  • Liaise with internal teams to address complaints efficiently

  • Deliver empathetic and professional customer service consistently

  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in customer systems

  • Support remote work operations while upholding service standards


Requirements

  • Proven call-centre or customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Attention to detail and organisational competence

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous inbound/outbound call handling experience is desirable

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to customer handling is a plus
