Job Overview
As a Courier, you’ll deliver groceries, beverages, and essentials on an e-bike within a compact delivery radius. Representing Gorillas to customers, you’ll provide exceptional service, adhere to safety standards, and assist with warehouse operations during idle periods. Flexible shifts Monday–Sunday from 8 AM to Midnight.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 and fluent in English

• Confident riding an e-bike and navigating Nottingham

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages safely and on time

• Provide a world-class customer experience

• Assist in warehouse tasks: stock, inventory, cleaning during idle times

• Adhere to road safety rules and company procedures

• Work scheduled shifts with flexibility across Monday–Sunday
