Role Overview

Position: Part-Time Call-Centre Agent

Location: Remote, Birmingham

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9 am – 2 pm

Contract: Permanent

Training: 3 weeks (1 week in-person, 2 weeks remote)
Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries efficiently via phone and email

Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and teams for timely resolutions

Manage inbound customer enquiries according to SLAs
-
Record customer interactions and follow up on pending tasks

Liaise with internal teams to address complaints effectively

Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a call-centre environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Attention to detail and organisational capabilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Familiarity with customer service systems and basic Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
