Candidate Profile

• RIBA Part 2 graduate or equivalent assistant with a maximum of three years’ professional background

• Substantially robust aesthetic design talents

• Superior rendering and imagery skills, preferably utilizing Rhino and Enscape or 3ds Max and V-Ray

• Background in granular technical drawing is favored but not mandatory

• Functional understanding of British building codes

• Proficient written communicative talents and the capacity to depict, explain, and pitch concepts lucidly

• Familiarity with RIBA milestones 1 through 4 is favored but not mandatory

• BIM (Revit) background is a major asset

• Legal authorization to maintain employment in the United Kingdom
