Expert Analysis
This role is unique because it is open to three different career paths (Assistant, Architect, or Technologist), indicating a focus on “technical fit” and Revit proficiency over a specific title. Joining a multidisciplinary firm like Baily Garner provides a major advantage: direct access to in-house M&E and sustainability consultants, streamlining the RIBA Stage 4 coordination process.

Career Path
Candidates can progress from technical delivery into project management or studio leadership. With twice-yearly pay reviews and a clear professional development scheme, a Part 2 Assistant is well-positioned to complete their Part 3 exams here, while an Architect could quickly move into a multidisciplinary Lead role.
