About the Role

As a Media Buyer at Besque, your primary mission is to manage and scale paid social campaigns with a heavy focus on Meta. You won’t just be pushing buttons; you will be the bridge between data and design, translating performance insights into actionable briefs for our copywriters and editors. Success in this role means maintaining a rigorous testing cadence—identifying winning hooks and scaling top-performing ads while keeping performance stable as spend increases. You will take full ownership of budget pacing and performance targets, ensuring every pound spent is an investment in our brand’s future.
