Operating as part of a growing team within a 50m turn, they focus on innovative marketing strategies to enhance their brand presence and customer engagement.Job Description- Plan, build and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms.- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.- Support creative testing, audience targeting and budget management.- Collaborate with the wider E-Commerce and Marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals.- Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and new advertising opportunities.- Take ownership of campaigns and contribute ideas to drive performance and growth.The Successful ApplicantA successful Paid Social Coordinator should have:- · Experience managing paid social campaigns (1+ year).- · Confident using Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.- · Strong analytical and numeracy skills;
