As the Global Product Manager for Hollister Ostomy, you will be a driving force in executing short-term global strategies to expand our market share and product sales. Operating within the Global Marketing Organisation, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and local execution, ensuring our products and services meet the evolving needs of the global ostomy community.
You will act as a central hub for the brand, managing projects from initial ideation through to final execution and follow-up. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of the healthcare landscape, allowing you to partner with local marketing teams to ensure global tactics are adopted effectively across diverse regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Global Strategy Development (Upstream Marketing)

Partner with the Global Marketing Manager (GMM) to compile strategic goals, including detailed segmentation and market analysis.

Influence global Skin Health messaging and maintain vital relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards.

Synthesize insights from macro-environmental trends and clinician surveys to refine Hollister’s competitive positioning.
Tactical Execution (Downstream Marketing)

Lead the rollout of the Annual Marketing Plan and manage the production of communication materials with external vendors.

Analyze sales data to extract commercial insights and support local Business Units with product information for tenders and registrations.

Collaborate with Clinical Education and Customer Experience teams to align digital initiatives and healthcare professional (HCP) education.

Oversee the Veeva approval process for marketing assets and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Financial & Supply Chain Management

Maintain strict oversight of the marketing budget, managing POs via COUPA and ensuring timely invoice closures.

Conduct forecasting analysis for new product launches and support demand forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
What You’ll Bring

Professional Experience: 5–8 years of experience, with a specific background in Medical Device marketing and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
