About the Role
Ace & Tate is looking for a Part-Time Optical Assistant to join our London team at Coal Drops Yards. Duties and Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Optical Assistant, your day-to-day tasks include:
• Polishing and maintaining lenses and frames
• Supporting customers with tailored style advice
• Adjusting and fitting frames to customers
• Sharing product knowledge with customers and colleagues
• Inspiring enthusiasm for Ace & Tate products and services, both online and offline
• Collaborating with the Sales team, Management, and on-site optometrists
• Contributing to Ace & Tate’s sustainability mission through daily actions

• Dedicated onboarding specific to the Optical Assistant role
• 1:1 training with a buddy
