Daily Responsibilities

  • Connect with, instruct, and advise a group of field-based leadership figures. Maintain regular contact to ensure KPI attainment and to identify and resolve obstacles, concerns, and issues arising from field operations.

  • Advise service area supervisors on handling customer escalations and effectively managing a workforce of field-based engineers and mechanics.

  • Serve as a primary ambassador for the firm, maintaining professional dialogue with clients and ensuring they remain the focal point of all activities.

  • Facilitate Profit and Loss (P&L) oversight, guiding your leadership team to optimize revenue production.
