Operations Associate (Part‑Time)

Overview & Objective

As an Operations Associate, you’re a key player in driving store profitability and efficiency. You’ll work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to complete operational tasks, maintain high stockroom and visual standards, and provide feedback that supports optimal total‑store performance across inventory, back‑of‑house and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute inventory management processes to maximise accuracy and minimise shrink
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with the General Manager to highlight process or system issues
  • Support core operations: receiving and processing shipments, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra‑day replenishment, floor‑set changes and supply management
  • Maintain elevated visual and stock presentation standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
  • Work closely with budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendors, technology and facilities to ensure operations are efficient and optimised
  • Champion strong stockroom processes and a safe work environment
  • Move dynamically between stockroom and floor to respond to business, team and guest needs
  • Deliver on company operations directives and projects in partnership with Operations & Visual leadership
  • Assist with shipment processing, visual placement and daily replenishment
  • Use metrics and reporting to inform business‑driving strategies
  • Address guest needs promptly and effectively to support customer satisfaction
  • Flag product issues and communicate inventory needs to support sales goals
  • Support other areas such as Sales & Service and Cashier when required

Schedule & Availability

  • Availability must meet business needs, including mornings, evenings and weekends; schedules are set by the General Manager and may change
  • All team members are expected to be available from the week of Black Friday through the end of the holiday season (first week of January)
