FindTutors
Job Description
FindTutors is recruiting part-time Online Art & Design Tutors to deliver virtual sessions to learners across the UK. You’ll create simple, tailored programmes that help students improve grades, build confidence and develop their creative skills, working with school-age learners at different stages of their education.
You’ll plan and deliver one-to-one online lessons, explain key concepts clearly, guide students through exercises, and suggest resources that support independent study. You’ll monitor progress over time, adjust your approach where needed, and keep communication with students (and parents, where relevant) clear, encouraging and constructive.
This is a flexible remote role: you choose when and how many hours you teach, fitting sessions around other work or study. No formal teaching experience or degree is required; you simply need solid Art & Design knowledge, an interest in education, and the motivation to help students reach their potential.
Tutors work online from anywhere in the UK using their own computer, webcam, microphone and a stable internet connection. In return, you’ll receive competitive pay of £20–£40 per hour, depending on experience, subject level and demand, plus the freedom to build a regular base of students over time.

Expert Analysis
This role suits creative, articulate people seeking flexible remote income rather than fixed employment. Pay rates are strong for entry-level tutoring, but hours are not guaranteed and you’ll likely be self-employed.
