We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
• Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members
• Prepare and file documents, reports, and other administrative materials
• Support data entry and database management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and preparing necessary materials
• Respond to general inquiries from clients or visitors in a courteous manner
• Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment
• Perform other clerical tasks as assigned to support daily office functions
Experience
• Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
