Position: Senior Registered Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
• * Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• * Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
• * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• * Mentor and train junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• * Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Required Skills:
• * Clinical Expertise: Possess a strong foundation in nursing practice, with a focus on evidence-based care.
• * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
• * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• * Critical Thinking: Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
• * Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
• * Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Qualifications:
• * Bachelor degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited institution.
• * Active and valid nursing license in Dubai & UAE.
• * Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• * Current CPR certification.
