Position: Senior Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mentor and train junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing day-to-day nursing operations.
Required Skills
Clinical Expertise: Possess a strong foundation in nursing practice, with a focus on evidence-based care.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Critical Thinking: Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited institution.
Active and valid nursing license in Dubai & UAE.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Current CPR certification.
