Job Description

Night Care Assistants support residents overnight with personal care, mobility, nutrition, companionship, and maintaining a safe, welcoming home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility support to residents

• Offer reassurance and companionship throughout the night

• Assist with nutrition and hydration needs

• Maintain accurate care records and follow individual care plans

• Ensure home remains clean, safe, and welcoming

• Support full training initiatives and comply with care standards

Shifts & Benefits

• Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am

• Salary: £12.21 per hour

• Paid breaks and handover

• Full-time, part-time, and bank contracts available

• Pension scheme, paid DBS, uniform, and free onsite parking

• 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)

Requirements

• Caring, patient, and reliable nature

• No prior experience required; training provided
