Key Responsibilities

Responsive Repairs: Diagnose and fix plumbing faults across various NHS sites, ranging from hospitals to local health centers.

System Maintenance: Perform repairs on domestic hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitaryware.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets strict Water Regulations and NHS-specific health and safety standards.

Customer Service: Act as a professional face for the company, communicating clearly with hospital staff to minimize disruption to patient care.

Documentation: Use digital systems to log completed jobs, order parts, and update the facility management database.
About the Role

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).

Driving: A full UK driving licence to navigate the various NHS locations across Kent.
