Job Description

The National Account Manager – Grocery will oversee major grocery and e-commerce accounts, driving sales growth, strategic partnerships, and brand expansion within the premium drinks sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key grocery and online retail partners, including Ocado, Asda, Booths, and Amazon.

  • Deliver volume, value, and profit growth through effective account management.

  • Take full P&L ownership, ensuring forecasting accuracy and promotional impact.

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP), pricing, and promotional strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing, innovation, and category teams for product launches and activations.

  • Build trusted customer relationships and act as the primary contact for key accounts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record managing Top 4 or Ocado grocery accounts within branded food or beverage sectors.

  • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and commercial planning skills.
