• Sign-on Incentive: £2,200*
Terms apply: Distributed between an initial start date payment and a second payment upon passing probation.
Remuneration: £38,000 yearly plus a daily subsistence stipend of £5 for eligible shifts.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Execute multi-drop transport services for clients throughout the Northern Ireland territory.
• Fulfill multiple client orders with precision and punctuality while maintaining premier service standards.
• Address and settle customer inquiries whenever feasible.
• Verify and finalize all billing and documentation within required timelines and guidelines.
• Perform routine daily inspections of your assigned vehicle and its cargo.
• Comply with all fundamental Food Safety regulations.
• Cultivate high-quality professional bonds with our clientele.
• Operate with efficiency, foresight, and a focus on safety within a high-speed workplace.
• Maintain or surpass defined accuracy benchmarks.
• Document any vehicle damage, incidents, or concerns regarding food hygiene.
• Guarantee all items arrive in marketable condition.
• Handle the collection of payments (both cheques and cash) for invoices.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Mandatory Requirements:
• A valid Category C/Class 2 driving credential is required.
• Strong abilities in teamwork and interpersonal communication.
• Possession of a current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• Possession of a valid digital tachograph credential.
• The resourcefulness and logic to navigate routine choices and fix basic issues.
• Proficiency in managing and organizing clerical duties.
• Complete fluency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong capabilities in organization and task prioritization to ensure on-time completion.
• Leadership qualities.
Preferred Attributes:
• One year of background in Multi-Drop Delivery is favored.
• Comprehensive geographic familiarity with Northern Ireland.
• Experience with temperature-regulated logistics is a plus, though full instruction is provided.
