MSK-Physiotherapy Team Lead
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is looking for two accomplished clinical leaders to join our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy Service in the East quadrant. As a vital part of one of the UK’s largest healthcare systems, you will drive high-quality care through advanced triage, assessment, and treatment. This role offers a unique opportunity to balance expert clinical practice with operational management, ensuring our local population receives efficient and evidence-based care within a supportive, multi-professional framework.
Core Requirements and Skills

Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.

Current HCPC registration.

Post graduate certificate in relevant clinical area or equivalent experience.

Completed or working towards management and/ or leadership qualification.

Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities.
-
Minimum 6 years postgraduate experience with minimum 4 years Band 6 NHS experience.

Previous experience of research/audit.

Previous experience of service development and change management.

Demonstrate evidence based clinical knowledge at advanced level.

Ability to work on own and as a team member.

Ability to prioritise, delegate, plan and organise workload effectively.

Familiar with clinical audit and evaluation methods.

Negotiation, critical appraisal, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate Physiotherapy specific CPD portfolio.

Basic computer and word processing skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
