What will I be doing?

As a Moxy Team Participant, you’ll provide captivating, productive, and unforgettable visitor journeys across Reception and Beverage areas, aiding the hotel’s financial and hospitality goals.

  • Delivering a friendly, self-assured greeting during registration and providing a high-vibrancy lounge experience all day and night

  • Displaying complete awareness of hotel amenities, offerings, and marketing, actively driving room and drink transactions

  • Encouraging and signing visitors into the Marriott Bonvoy rewards scheme, distinctly explaining perks and worth

  • Foreseeing visitor requirements and answering inquiries quickly, expertly, and with character

  • Handling Reception and Beverage technology including PMS, POS, and transaction tools, maintaining precision throughout

  • Managing transactions according to corporate guidelines, keeping precise currency records and float management

  • Aiding room stock coordination and helping with occupancy and earnings improvement

  • Handling visitor correspondence, notes, and telephone inquiries effectively and according to brand guidelines

  • Offering regional insights to improve the visitor journey and aid location exploration

  • Steadily providing the Moxy hospitality approach — informal, contemporary, approachable, and genuine

  • Helping different areas as needed to satisfy operational requirements

  • Helping with bags, shipments, and general functional duties in a secure and productive way

What do you need to bring?

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Mathematical, writing & computer abilities

  • Guest hospitality and currency management history

  • Prior history in a comparable position in a lodging setting

  • Capacity to function as a team participant

  • Powerful verbal and written skills

  • Help associates within and beyond the primary area

  • Capacity to remain upright for extended durations.
