Job Overview
The Mobilisation, People & Culture Manager will lead TUPE mobilisation, embedding Apleona’s culture and people strategies. You’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement, ensuring compliance, high standards, and a motivated workforce across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities

Lead seamless contract mobilisation, maintaining clear communication and accurate payroll delivery

Partner with recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding

Embed the “Recruit, Train & Retain” strategy to build skilled, engaged teams
-
Drive employee development, from apprenticeships to leadership programs

Implement wellbeing initiatives and champion internal communication
-
Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with company values
-
Promote recognition programs and employee engagement forums

Advise line managers on performance management and employee relations
-
Analyse people data to identify trends and develop action plans
Requirements & Qualifications
-
CIPD-qualified or BA Hons equivalent
-
Experience in TUPE mobilisations and fast-paced environments
-
Knowledge of L&D methods, e-learning platforms, and development solutions
-
Strong stakeholder management, influence, and collaboration skills
-
Strategic thinker able to translate vision into practical delivery
-
Customer-focused with experience delivering high-quality people solutions
-
FM industry experience desirable
-
Valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
