Job Overview
The Mobilisation, People & Culture Manager will lead TUPE mobilisation, embedding Apleona’s culture and people strategies. You’ll oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement, ensuring compliance, high standards, and a motivated workforce across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead seamless contract mobilisation, maintaining clear communication and accurate payroll delivery

  • Partner with recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding

  • Embed the “Recruit, Train & Retain” strategy to build skilled, engaged teams

  • Drive employee development, from apprenticeships to leadership programs

  • Implement wellbeing initiatives and champion internal communication

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with company values

  • Promote recognition programs and employee engagement forums

  • Advise line managers on performance management and employee relations

  • Analyse people data to identify trends and develop action plans

Requirements & Qualifications

  • CIPD-qualified or BA Hons equivalent

  • Experience in TUPE mobilisations and fast-paced environments

  • Knowledge of L&D methods, e-learning platforms, and development solutions

  • Strong stakeholder management, influence, and collaboration skills

  • Strategic thinker able to translate vision into practical delivery

  • Customer-focused with experience delivering high-quality people solutions

  • FM industry experience desirable

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
