We are looking for a dedicated Mise en Place Chef (Hot & Cold)– Preparation Section to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen readiness, and supporting chefs during service to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients for daily operations, including cutting, marinating, portioning, and storing.
• Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and on time for each section.
• Maintain freshness, quality, and hygiene standards during preparation and storage.
• Label, date, and organize all prepped items according to food safety guidelines.
• Assist chefs during service by replenishing items and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and portion control standards.
• Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a mise en place/prep role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, knife skills, and food hygiene.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary field.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
