Role Overview
This represents a fresh opening, created due to the swift escalation and persistent broadening of our Microsoft 365 initiative at SEI Sphere. Since our M365 department has expanded, we are hunting for a Microsoft 365 Architect to direct and head our M365 vertical within SEI Sphere. This position provides the chance to conceive, deploy, and supervise corporate-level Microsoft 365 frameworks while working in tandem with our around-the-clock functional squad. The preferred applicant will merge profound technical proficiency with robust client-oriented interpersonal skills and flourish in a blended office setting.
Key Responsibilities

Design architectural frameworks across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams (plus Teams Voice), Intune, Power Automate, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.

Propel the integration and setup of Microsoft Purview for information oversight, DLP, and regulatory reporting.

Formulate governance templates, data structures, and retention strategies.

Direct tenant-level architectural choices (domains, credentials, conditional access, protection baselines) alongside Security Engineering.

Refine Microsoft 365 licensing arrangements and pricing for partners; offer licensing mentorship during the sales cycle.

Act as a dependable consultant for partners, delivering transparent dialogue, project maps, and board-ready reports.

Work with the 24/7 technical crew to guarantee service uptime, crisis management, and fundamental cause investigation.

Supervise the M365 project queue, benchmarks, and protocols; preserve architectural guides and operating manuals.

Assist in sales preparation: defining scope, technical mapping, costing, and pitches for M365 projects.
Qualifications

Extensive practical mastery across the Microsoft 365 landscape.

Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 licensing, safety, oversight, and regulatory systems.

Documented history of designing and deploying enterprise M365 frameworks; prior MSP background is strongly preferred.

Superb client-facing dialogue, advisory, and reporting capabilities.

Capability to function in a hybrid setup and oversee various simultaneous assignments.
