MGA Broker – Reinsurance Solutions (Casualty Focus)
The Strategic Opportunity Aon Reinsurance Solutions is actively expanding its MGA (Managing General Agent) Segment team in London. This is a pivotal role within the UK Reinsurance division, appearing at a high-growth juncture as the firm intensifies its focus on the MGA landscape. You will sit at the intersection of senior strategy and tactical execution, working alongside Account Executives to drive growth and mentoring junior brokers to ensure “best-in-class” service delivery.
The Role In the London market, an MGA Broker acts as the essential conduit between MGAs (who have delegated authority to underwrite) and the Reinsurance/Capital markets. Your primary mission is to coordinate the marketing and negotiation of Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUA) , including traditional Binding Authorities and complex Alternative Distribution Transactions. You will be a key player in the Lloyd’s and Company Markets, specifically tasked with scaling the Casualty binding authority portfolio.
