Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate 3D Revit models of MEP systems.

• Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure correct system representation.

• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with other trades.

• Generate detailed construction drawings, diagrams, and documentation.

• Stay updated with advancements in Revit and MEP design practices.

Skills and Experience Required

• HNC or Degree in CAD design, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Proficiency in Revit software for MEP design.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, industry codes, and standards.

• Previous experience in a consultancy or similar environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
