Salary: £13.68 per hour including holiday pay

Overview:
Hull & East Yorkshire Mind seeks dedicated Mental Health Practitioners to support individuals and professionals. These roles require compassion, resilience, and flexibility to respond to various situations. Bank positions may lead to contracted employment for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

Provide face-to-face and telephone mental health support
Respond effectively to diverse situations
Offer guidance with empathy, confidence, and professionalism
Engage in ongoing training to develop knowledge and skills
Work various shifts, particularly weekends

Willingness to undertake relevant training
