Job Description
Location: Hull, United Kingdom
Salary: £13.68 per hour including holiday pay
Overview:
Hull & East Yorkshire Mind seeks dedicated Mental Health Practitioners to support individuals and professionals. These roles require compassion, resilience, and flexibility to respond to various situations. Bank positions may lead to contracted employment for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face and telephone mental health support
- Respond effectively to diverse situations
- Offer guidance with empathy, confidence, and professionalism
- Engage in ongoing training to develop knowledge and skills
- Work various shifts, particularly weekends
Essential Requirements:
- Compassionate and confident with strong resilience
- Willingness to undertake relevant training
- Commitment to mental health and wellbeing
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
