Role Overview

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for member services, overseeing the full lifecycle of membership from initial processing to annual renewals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the integrity of the membership database, generating insightful reports, and providing essential administrative support for committees and governance activities. Additionally, you will play a key part in the organization’s outreach by assisting with member communications, bulletins, and the coordination of member-focused events and activities.
