Everlast Gyms (part of Frasers Group)
Job Description
As a Membership Experience Host at Everlast Gyms in Leeds, you’re the first friendly face members see when they arrive. This is more than a reception role: you’ll combine front‑of‑house welcome, sales and service to drive memberships, support retention and ensure every visitor feels valued and looked after.
Day to day, you’ll greet members and guests, answer queries, and guide them through memberships, classes and club services. You’ll actively promote in‑club products and services to hit secondary spend KPIs, handle basic administration using the membership software system, and keep reception and member areas clean, tidy and professional.
You’ll take key‑holder responsibility, opening and closing the club when required and helping ensure smooth operations. Working closely with the Fitness Manager and wider team, you’ll stay up to date with challenges, classes and gym‑floor focuses, taking part and encouraging member engagement so everyone experiences a vibrant, motivating environment.
You’ll manage member feedback and complaints with care, resolving what you can and escalating issues appropriately. By experiencing the gym’s products and services yourself, you’ll be able to recommend them authentically, helping members achieve their goals. Shifts are part‑time and varied, so flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.
This role suits outgoing, fitness‑minded people who enjoy sales targets as well as customer care. You should be confident with basic admin and club systems, willing to work different shifts, and keen to learn and progress. In return, you’ll receive free gym membership, Frasers Group discounts and development opportunities across the wider group.
