Mechanical Draftsman

Skills & Qualifications:
• University Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering/ Process
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable.
• Consolidated knowledge of water and wastewater (municipal & industrial) treatment and its equipment is required. Also capable to design new products from basic sketches.
• Professional in product design using inventor/ AutoCAD with strong knowledge in engineering drawings methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in hydraulic calculations for piping/ fitting selection and generate hydraulic profiles.
• Working experience with international companies.
• Experience in data management systems (added advantage).
• Presentation and reporting skills (preferable).
• Language Skills: English (fluent is a must)– Arabic (preferable) & German (added advantage).

Key Responsibilities:
• To create proper product design and manufacturing drawings sets, with considering effective cost.
• To generate projects drawings sets covering all types of drawings with proper and accurate bill of material and other requirements of each.
• Apply stress analysis to define the required material when it’s relevant.
• To follow company/ department ISO procedure for all steps to keep the system in place.
• Always effective time management is required to be in place.
• To visit the sites and collect relevant data and present/ report it in the proper way.
