About the Role

As a Master Technician, you are the technical heartbeat of the dealership. You will be the go-to person for “unfixable” faults, utilizing advanced diagnostic software to interpret data from vehicle ECUs and sensory networks.

Beyond the toolbox, your role is one of influence and leadership. You will translate complex technical bulletins for the workshop floor, ensuring the team is ready for new model releases and hybrid/electric transitions. By balancing your own high-level repair work with the mentorship of apprentices and technicians, you ensure the dealership maintains its reputation for excellence and reliability.
