Key Responsibilities

• Manage the storeroom and monitor stock control for workshop and manufacturing areas.

• Load and off-load deliveries efficiently, ensuring safe handling.

• Organise and maintain stock for easy retrieval and maximum space utilisation.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels in line with ERP systems.

• Pick, pack, and deliver line-side stock and outgoing deliveries.

• Prepare essential tooling kits and ensure all items are accounted for daily.

• Maintain compliance with 6S Lean standards, workshop safety, and internal procedures.

• Report discrepancies and improvements to the Supply Chain Manager.

• Collaborate effectively with other teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills and Attributes

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse, or engineering support roles.

• Knowledge of standard workshop tools and safety protocols.

• Forklift truck certified.

• Strong administrative, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to a dynamic working environment.

• Effective communication skills for daily coordination with teams.

Desirable: Experience with inventory management systems, PAT testing, and material handling processes.
