As a vital contributor to the leadership team, the Manufacturing Manager is tasked with steering the continuous and impactful growth of all business sectors. This position holds primary accountability for the coordination and synchronization between diverse departments—including Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Projects, Accounts, and Administration. You will ensure that both current and anticipated contracts are integrated seamlessly into the comprehensive fabrication, machining, and production timelines. Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring project progression through every manufacturing phase to guarantee safe, efficient, and punctual delivery to global clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize, synchronize, and direct routine manufacturing tasks to satisfy quality benchmarks and distribution timelines.

  • Guide and supervise workshop personnel, including task distribution, objective setting, and conducting formal performance appraisals.

  • Uphold rigorous adherence to occupational health and safety laws, fostering a workspace defined by safety and personal responsibility.

  • Supervise and regulate the inventory of equipment, tools, and raw materials to mitigate operational interruptions.

  • Interface with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance departments to troubleshoot manufacturing hurdles and deploy workflow refinements.

  • Evaluate and record production indicators (such as scrap rates, downtime, and total output), providing consistent updates to executive leadership.

  • Direct the upkeep and restoration of technical machinery and facility equipment.

  • Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of workshop staff.

  • Deploy 5S methodologies and lean manufacturing strategies to boost productivity and minimize material loss.

  • Oversee the manufacturing financial plan, involving budget forecasting and alignment with corporate fiscal objectives.

  • Demonstrated professional history (generally 5+ years) within a manufacturing or production setting.

  • A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
