Main Responsibilities

Organize, synchronize, and direct routine manufacturing tasks to satisfy quality benchmarks and distribution timelines.
Guide and supervise workshop personnel, including task distribution, objective setting, and conducting formal performance appraisals.
Uphold rigorous adherence to occupational health and safety laws, fostering a workspace defined by safety and personal responsibility.
Supervise and regulate the inventory of equipment, tools, and raw materials to mitigate operational interruptions.
Interface with procurement, engineering, and quality assurance departments to troubleshoot manufacturing hurdles and deploy workflow refinements.

Experience / Competence / Skills / Knowledge

Demonstrated professional history (generally 5+ years) within a manufacturing or production setting.
