Job Description

Champion world-class undergraduate education as Manager Undergraduate Programs for IE University’s UK & Ireland Office. You’ll be the local face of IE, building partnerships with schools and families, driving awareness and applications, and guiding ambitious students towards transformative study in Madrid and beyond.

Role Overview

Based in London, you will sit within IE University’s Global Markets team and own regional strategy and execution for undergraduate recruitment across the UK and Ireland. You’ll design and deliver outreach activities, manage a commercial development plan, benchmark competitors, and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline of prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise the profile of IE University’s undergraduate programmes across the UK and Ireland through targeted outreach and campaigns.
  • Plan, manage and implement business development and commercial activities to meet regional recruitment goals.
  • Represent IE at fairs, school visits, presentations, information sessions and other events, both online and in person.
  • Build and nurture relationships with schools, counsellors, parents and partners to generate a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor offerings and commercial activities, feeding insights into regional strategy.
  • Track and report performance, pipeline health and market intelligence to the Office Director, Channel Director and Regional Director.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Global Markets and central teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless candidate journey.

Qualifications and Profile

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
  • Professional experience in an international environment; experience in higher education or student recruitment is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages welcome.
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong commercial and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Analytical, numerate and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Team‑oriented, customer‑focused, solution‑driven and able to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland.
  • Knowledge of the UK & Ireland education landscape is desirable.
