  • Demonstrate a refined consultative approach, engaging stakeholders collaboratively and tailoring communication for a variety of audiences.

  • Are comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels shaping long-term reward direction while ensuring excellent day-to-day execution.

  • Excel at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organisation.

  • Have experience leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.

Role Overview

As the Manager of Total Rewards, you will lead the design and governance of all compensation, pension, and benefit programs, overseeing the full annual reward cycle from salary reviews to long-term incentives. You will act as a key internal consultant for senior leaders and franchisees, utilizing market benchmarking and internal analytics to ensure equitable pay and competitive offerings. Beyond strategy, you will play a vital role in deploying new global HR systems and leading a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining a culture of clarity and excellence across the UK&I market.
